Frequently asked questions
- Report your return within 14 days using the return request form on our website.
- Print out the return form. Don't have a printer? Then write all the details of the return form on an A-4 sheet.
- Use 1 return form PER PACKAGE you wish to return. For example, if you want to return 3 packages, you need to print out the return form 3 times.
- Place the return form in the box.
- Send the package to : Nijverheidslaan 1553, 3660 Opglabbeek - Belgium
After we receive the goods in good order at our warehouse, the new products will be notified for shipment, or the amount to be credited will be refunded to your account. Depending on what is agreed upon with our customer service department.
- You can register your return within 14 days of receiving your product
- After this, you get another 14 days to return your product
- Please return in original condition and packaging
- The cost of returning products shall be borne by the buyer. Should an item need to be exchanged due to an error on our part or due to a defect, the costs are of course at our expense;
- After 14 days it is no longer possible to return.
This depends on your chosen payment method.
We always pay three business days after processing the return.
